Can’t believe I managed to insight this.

Strenuous with a tricky top out - but not hard for V4.

Easier than the full traverse version of Right to Left.

Dirty sloping mantle to finish. Would be worth brushing the top first.

This climb needs a thorough clean, particularly the crimps that you reach to for the crux. The upper section is covered in lichen and dirt making it nothing like the superb climb it was two years ago. Judging from the amount of muck in the good incuts near the top, it doesn't appear to have been climbed in a while - and with good reason.

Still tricky, even with Al’s good beta.

Eventually got this after several tries using a variety of beta. Not too bad once I'd worked out the moves.

Surprised myself by getting the onsight. Maybe more like V3?

Very dirty and unpleasant even after trying to brush off the lichen and bird droppings. Should get back to being a pleasant technical problem after it cleans up

One of the best V3s around. Has stayed in good condition despite La Nina's efforts. This problem alone, is worth the trip to Lindfield,

A neat heel/toe cam makes this possible

Harder now that the crucial small left foothold which was chipped to enlarge it, has been filled in so is no longer usable. Instead, smear near the former foothold and make a high step with your right foot

Crumbly pinch hold on the arete was a little disconcerting. Nice line.

Fun variant with an awkward mantle to finish.

Start undercling holds were wet so started just under the roof - so I can't claim the V5. Still lovely moves with the fun reach to the finish jugs.

Just did the dyno start as I'd done the standard version a minute before

An improbable looking climb strenuously into the scoop then balance up on a right hand mono and a left hand crimp with feet smearing to top out. Should also get easier as the initial scoop cleans up and the smears become less sandy.

Feels high.

A bit dirty in the upper section after the recent months and months of rain. Should improve with more ascents

Love the knee bar. Worth two stars just for that and the sheer enjoyment using it of taking a no hands rest on a boulder problem . However, I should have thought to brush the top out as it was covered in leaf debris so felt a bit precarious.

Solid jams at the start to good holds - but still a little unnerving to finish

Tenuous top out. Scary!

Always an enjoyable classic.
