Had very good progression up to crux, constantly getting a move further until dish but kept falling removing the toe. Definitely will go very soon next time I have a sesh on it. too bad I live in Brissie.

Sussing out moves and gear on toprope first for this one. Nice climbing. Technical and pumpy!

Not sure where this comes in from Anaphylaxis, hard move if traversing in from the crimps. Good upper half.

It felt insane to be trying this hard on a rope, hoping to do a bit more of this over summer

first proper roof outdoors! pretty wild! cool cut loose karate kick move. 2 proper burns on back-to-back days. linked to fourth bolt already, excited to link to the lip when my hands aren't frozen. didn't make it up the headwall, some cruxy moves and i'm nervous about pushing my ouch ankle too hard. keen to dial this top section.

Thanks to Zac who convinced me to go ground up rather than take the soft option and check it out on the way down. Proceeded to dog it like an absolute mutt. Had a clean toppy lap once I ticked a few holds and then seconded Zac on it and had a couple sits. Seems doable. Next lead should see it happen I hope.

Direct start with original finish. Couple clean laps on the toprope and figuring out gear. Time for the lead.

Unfortunately I popped a pretty good foot off this. I did manage to find some alternative beta just as my fingers completely numbed out, so I’ll be back if I can find it again ❄️

Another couple of sessions into this one and I feel like I am learning so much from it. Such a challenging climb for me

piecing together some moves! better than last time! got the top and the bottom cruxes to go much quicker, in a couple of tries. Hardest part for me this time was getting into the finger crack, so need to work on my locks! still getting so pumped in the layback and needing plenty of sits, but linking it slightly more! still a long way to go!

first move is definitely the crux and was feeling close, it felt good to be trying hard! Did the rest of the climb and it felt pretty easy so just have to catch the first move

Pulled through the move at the bottom of the groove, did all the other moves.So good.

So keen to be back on rock, this felt very committing!

Working sesh from a while ago, could apparently do all the moves with an injured pulley.

Man oh man I've not fought so hard in an onsight attempt potentially ever. Flowy glory hands in the lower half quickly expand into ungodly #3 and #4 sized cups, fists and offwidth thrutchery. Quested through deep pump for about 40 mins before finally sagging fully defeated on the rope about 2m away from where the crack thins back into #2s... I'll be back for this, it has many things yet to teach me.

The fact that Henry did this with a thin rack of nuts in the 70s is insane to comprehend.

pretty fiddly gear got my calves cramping. hard to tell the grade this way

Great climbing, felt pretty easy but we'll have to see what reality says.

Gear and beta sorted. Still working getting 2 moves cleanly. Feels pretty on the grade.

Feeling great on this one! Paid a good deal of skin and blood to find the correct order of squeezing and slapping!
